Grant R. Gulovsen is a junior member of Barash & Everett, working in both the Galesburg and Kewanee offices. Grant earned his bachelor's degree in 1991 from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, where he majored in philosophy and minored in computer science. He served in the United States Army from 1991 to 1994, including a tour in Somalia as part of Operation Restore Hope. Grant received his law degree, magna cum laude, in 1998 from the University of Illinois College of Law, where he was a member of the Elder Law Journal. After passing the bar exam in 1998, Grant joined the College of Law's Information Services Department and served as its Director until joining the firm in 2003. ADMITTED TO BAR: 1998, Illinois; also admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Seventh Circuit; U.S. District Court, Central District of Illinois; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois; U.S. District Court, Southern District of Illinois.
